Her ability to understand the client’s strategic goals and determine the skills needed to grow their business has been the driving motivation behind Connect Recruitment. With years of experience and a diverse background, Michele comes with a personal approach to managing your recruitment needs.
Joanna Ward
Joanna WardFinance/Recruitment Specialist
Joanna joined the Connect Recruitment Team in early 2013 in the role of Finance/Recruitment Specialist. She has since proved herself an invaluable member of the team. Her experience is varied, with a BSc in Earth Sciences, a BA (Hons) in Anthropology, and two Certificates in Business Management, Growth and Development. Having run her own business for eight years, she is fabulous at solving problems. Originally hailing from California, she now calls the Waikato “home”.

Amanda DetzelRecruitment Specialist
The newest member of the Connect Recruitment Team, Amanda has recently relocated from San Francisco. After receiving her BA in Communications from the University of California San Diego (UCSD) she has spent several years building a career in the marketing and events industry specific to the Biotech and Medical Fields.
